Our helpful CEWE Customer Service are available between 8am and 10pm daily. On Christmas Eve, we will be closing at 2pm. We will be taking a festive break on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, so our team can enjoy their celebrations with their family and friends. You can still place orders on our website during this time, but please note that processing will resume on December 27th when our normal hours begin again.

If you place your order before or on our Christmas cut-off date, it will be delivered by Christmas Eve, ensuring your festive moments are captured in time. This includes deliveries on Christmas Eve itself, up until 7:00 PM.

Our automated system provides estimated delivery dates without taking into account our special holiday operations. Rest assured, during this festive period, our team is working around the clock, to ensure your order arrives before Christmas. Due to these efforts, our lead times are much quicker. If you placed your order before the Christmas cut-off date, you will receive it on or before Christmas Eve, regardless of the automated delivery dates.

Yes, our courier team can leave your order in a secure location if you are not home to receive it personally. If no one answers the door at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package in a safe spot, such as your porch, with a neighbour, or another secure area on your property. Keep an eye on your tracking information and delivery notifications for updates on your order's status.

Due to logistical constraints, next day delivery is not available for our customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands. We kindly ask you to take this into account when considering last order dates, particularly for those special, time-sensitive moments. To ensure your personalised CEWE products arrive on time, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your CEWE products, severe weather conditions can sometimes interfere with our delivery partners' schedules. Such delays are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience if bad weather affects your delivery. Rest assured, we and our delivery partners will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Options such as special highlights and premium photographic paper add to the lead time. Choosing standard options instead can help expedite the process, ensuring your photobook arrives in time for the festive season. We also offer an express delivery option on most products. This is found after you add to the shopping basket. Please note, the express delivery speeds up the delivery only and does not affect the time it takes to manufacture your personalised products.
